Are you wanting to find out more about your family Ancestry? Hidden Histories Genealogy offers a personal service enabling you to unlock your family’s past. Run by myself, Heather Dawson, I am an experienced researcher having researched many thousands of individuals and a large number of family names. I offer a variety of realistically priced packages and a personal service which can be adapted to your needs. Together we can explore the historical sources to discover what your ancestors did and where they lived.
Business Philosophy:
I believe that an appreciation of the past enriches our understanding of the present. A realisation of our family’s ancestry helps us to understand how our family has come to be what they are today. It helps us to understand the ups and downs and resilience that many of our ancestors had through difficult times in the past.
Research takes time and I realise that many people do not have this time available. I offer people the support needed to explore the hidden past and so enrich their understanding of both their family and the past. I am happy to carry out all the research independently or to share my findings and work with my clients as we travel back into their family’s past together.
